1. Nature of Products

All our products, including celebration cakes, birthday cakes, fruit cakes, pastries, pizza, burgers, french fries, hotdogs, sandwiches, and snacks, are perishable and freshly prepared. Many items are also custom-made based on customer instructions.

Due to the nature of these products, returns are generally not accepted.


2. Return Policy

  • We do not accept returns for food items once they have been delivered or picked up.

  • Returned food items cannot be resold or reused due to hygiene and safety reasons.


3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders for customized cakes and freshly prepared food cannot be cancelled once the preparation has started.

  • Same-day orders are non-cancellable.

  • Cancellation requests, if any, must be made well in advance and will be accepted only at our discretion.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong item than what you ordered.

Conditions for Refund:

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.


7. Pickup Orders

  • For pickup orders, customers must collect their order at the selected time.

  • No refund will be issued if the customer fails to collect the order on time.
